The hotel is situated in a thriving Chicago community, offering cozy and well-appointed rooms that are clean and come with nice snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. The service was friendly, professional, and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. The location is excellent, near a train station, with plenty to see and do within walking distance. However, the dining experience was basic with limited choices.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really nice, clean, and comfy, but I was hoping for a larger room. The window air conditioner struggled during hot days in Chicago. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, showing true professionalism. The location was perfect, especially being right by the CTA station for easy downtown access. The dining options were basic but enough to start the day. Overall, a good experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel had great and very spacious rooms, with the interesting perk of a view of the el trains. However, during a snowstorm, the draft of air from the window unit made the room quite cold. The service was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay, making my dad's trip to Chicago perfect. The location was ideal for Wrigley Field and other attractions, though construction could have been handled better. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
